I do enjoy a good quote.

Good quotes feel like a massive ‘unlock’ in your brain.

A specific certain feeling of understanding something like never before. Almost feels like getting to the core of something that just bloomed open an entirely new perspective or understanding.

Good quotes and good affirmations are one of my brain hacks to get me flowing in a chosen direction.

I find feeding my mind quotes help to anchor the mental focus which helps the practice of remaining mindful and in the present moment.

Using quotes and affirmations to consistently train the mind to develop the habit of focus in such a way that can propel you in the direction you want to go feeling lighter and easier.

Here I few that I particularly enjoy and find helpful for energy boosts and reframes.

Either write things worth reading, or do things worth the writing.
